Due to the perishable nature of our sweets, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all unopened candy products to ensure every bite is perfectly fresh. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our team immediately for a replacement or full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our candy concierge within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of any damaged treats.
- 2.Receive Approval
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if the item is eligible for return.
- 3.Ship Items Back
Pack the unopened items securely in their original packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send them back to our warehouse.
- 4.Get Refunded
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
